GENERAL RULES

• Maximum occupancy: 20 guests

• The property (house, decks, parking area, etc.) may be used only by registered guests.

• If unregistered individuals enter the property, additional charges may apply.

• Please refrain from playing loud music outdoors (including speakers, instruments, or DJ equipment).

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, such as on the BBQ deck.

• For fire prevention, fireworks of any kind (including hand-held fireworks) are not permitted on the property or in surrounding areas.

• For the benefit of the next guests and to allow sufficient cleaning time, checkout time (11:00 AM) must be strictly observed.

• The villa is surrounded by nature. To prevent insects from entering, please keep all doors and windows closed.

• During peak seasons, due to limited time and staff availability, guests may be asked to make their own beds.

• Bed linen will be provided according to the number of guests.

 

PARKING

• We provide parking for 3 vehicles. Depending on vehicle size, up to 4 cars may be accommodated.

• If you have more than 4 vehicles, please use the public beach parking area.

• Please park according to the parking guide displayed on the fence at the property entrance.

• Kindly do not park outside the designated spaces.

USE HOURS & ACCESSIBLE AREAS

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Guests may use all areas of the property except:

• Indoor storage room

• Outdoor storage

      (These areas remain locked.)

Depending on the number of guests, some rooms may be locked and unavailable for use.

 

SECURITY CAMERAS

For safety and security purposes, three security cameras with video and audio recording are installed outdoors only.
Camera locations:

1. Exterior wall monitoring the property gate, entrance, and parking area

2. Exterior wall monitoring the house entrance

3. Exterior wall monitoring the BBQ deck / outdoor dining table area

These cameras are installed to prevent theft, damage, unauthorized access, and misconduct.
No cameras are installed inside the house or in private areas.

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• The base rate includes up to 6 guests

• From the 7th guest onward: ¥9,000 per person per night

      (Rates may vary depending on the season)

• Children aged 2 and above are charged at the adult rate

• Infants under 2 years old stay free (co-sleeping only)

• Seasonal pricing is calculated automatically at the time of booking

• Outdoor jacuzzi: ¥10,000 per stay (advance request required)

           

REQUIRED GUEST INFORMATION (Before Check-in)

Before arrival, please submit the following information for all guests, as required by
Japanese lodging regulations: 

• Full name and phone number of the primary guest (emergency contact)

• Full names, age and addresses of all guests, including infants

• Occupation of each guest

• For overseas short-term visitors not residing in Japan: a copy of the passport photo page

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

Check-in: Self check-in

• The key box PIN code will be sent between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

• Please send a short message to the host after checking out

• Return the key to the key box

Lost key fee: ¥30,000

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Entry by unregistered guests is not permitted

• Please notify us as soon as possible if any damage or accident occurs

(Repair or replacement costs may apply depending on the situation)

• Please remove shoes indoors (slippers are provided)

• Rinse off sand using the outdoor hose to the left of the entrance before entering

• Excessive dirt or mess may result in additional cleaning fees

• The property is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by guest negligence

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Glass items are not allowed inside the jacuzzi (unbreakable glasses are provided)

• Bath towels are provided for indoor use only; please bring your own beach towels

 

BBQ FACILITIES

• Charcoal grills are not permitted

• A large Weber gas grill is available free of charge

(Please read the manual before use for safety)

• BBQ use is permitted until approximately 10:00 PM BBQ use is permitted

• Always turn off the gas and lights after use 

• If excessive gas usage is confirmed due to forgetting to turn it off, additional charges may apply

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

• Please do not leave food or garbage outside overnight

(to prevent insects and animals)​

 

GARBAGE DISPOSAL

Please separate waste as follows:
Cans / Bottles / PET bottles / Combustible waste

• Use the designated trash bins inside the house

• Combustible waste must be placed in official bags (under the kitchen sink) and disposed of in the outdoor garbage container near the entrance

 

JACUZZI RULES

⚠️ The jacuzzi is a high-value piece of equipment. Please handle it with care.
If damage, contamination, or special cleaning is required due to improper use, additional charges may apply.

• Use is optional: ¥10,000 per stay (advance request required)

• Please use at your own discretion and comfort level

• Shower before use

• No food, drinks, or glassware

• No jumping, diving, or other dangerous behavior

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Do not use if pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, unwell, or with heart conditions

• Oils, bath salts, soaps, bubbles, or dyes are not permitted

• Do not adjust or tamper with settings or equipment

• After use, please turn off the power and close the water tap. To prevent debris, rain, and insects from entering, and for the safety of children and pets, please put the jacuzzi cover on.

PET RULES

• Pets are not allowed in the jacuzzi

• Maximum of 4 pets per stay (size restrictions may apply)

• Pet fee: ¥4,000 per pet per night

• Please walk pets before entering the house

• If any accidents occur, please clean them up promptly

• Do not leave pet waste anywhere on the property

• Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas

• Pets must not be left unattended indoors or outdoors

• If there is excessive pet hair, please vacuum before departure
